An Important Announcement, or, An Explanation for the Lack of Posts

So. I'm taking a break this week to re-think this blog.
See, I was thinking, is it worth it to have to post a particular kind of picture on a particular day, if I'm going to end up with pathetic pictures like this, this, and this (I could go on, but I'll spare you.)? And then of course there's the fact that it seems to always rain on Thursdays, preventing me from getting a decent outdoor shot.
So then I thought, Brilliant! I'll just take pictures of "whatever I flippin' feel like!"
But then I thought, No, that would be too easy. And the point of this blog is that it's supposed to be challenging, right?
And then I thought...Hmmm...Why don't I have a theme each week, and just take a picture that somehow or other is related to that theme?
There's an idea, huh?
So then I had to flesh it out and make it work. I have come to the decision that

1) the theme will not be publicly announced (and maybe not privately announced, either) so that I can

a) stray from the theme if need be and
b) not have a theme one week if I'm too lazy to think of one. Pretty challening, wot wot? You can, however, at any time during the week guess what my theme will be.

2) I will still attempt to post a people shot, a nature shot, etc., each week, but I won't have to, and I won't have to do it in any particular order.

3) Themes...themes...what kind of themes? Well, they can be anything. For example, 'patriotism', 'beauty', etc., I may even take an idea or two from past and current HSLDA Photo Contests, so I could have things like 'In Between the Lines', or 'Faithfulness'. Pretty much anything I (or other people) can think of. If you want, you can even suggest themes!

So. There ye have it. And if you want, you can tell me what you think of it, but I don't really care, to be perfectly honest.
